Homework

Design and draw (with 1 paragraphs of writing) a simple ice-cream maker that can make all the different kinds of ice-cream flavours in the world.

I have a ice-cream maker, that can make every ice-cream in the world and many people ask me "How many flavours are there in the world", and I say "To many"!!!

2. Write this poem out in your neatest handwriting:

Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?

Thou art more lovely and more temperate:

Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,

And summer's lease hath all too short a date.
Who is it by? Shakespeare

Extension:

If I had 86 cupcakes and there are 9 children how many cupcakes each and how many left over?9 each and 5 left over

72 divided by 9=8

300 divided by 20=15

What is 52 taken away from 16? 36

Can you tell me the answer to four squared? yes, 16

8 x 7 x 9 =506

6 x 3 x 4 =72

72 divided by 4 x 6 =108

8 x 7 divided by 3 =168

9 cubed =54
